"Easy check-in. We arrived an hour early as I thought check-in was 2pm not 3pm but our room wasn’t ready but we were able to store our luggage with reception whilst we went to eat lunch. I thought we would have a two bedroom apartment but it was actually two one-bedroom apartments with the adjoining door open. "Stayed at this hotel overnight whilst awaiting to collect our dog following surgery. Hotel set in it's own grounds,we were woken by blackbirds. Room very clean and both bed linen and bath linen,first class, soft and fluffy. Staff very kind and professional. Food well prepared and very good dinning room. Glorious views from all rooms. Recommend, away from it all "

"We loved our stay at this hotel! Location was perfect for us, the overall nautical theming was great, the hotel was clean, staff were helpful and hotel had a good atmosphere. Our room was spacious, very clean, came with a fridge, hairdryer and toiletries, and the beds were super comfortable. "The girl on reception when we arrived was friendly and very helpful. She pointed out the hotels Hillsborough memorial on the wall which is very moving.Our room was huge and very comfortable. The hotel is a short walk to the City centre shops and there are many great pubs and restaurants close by. Breakfast was excellent. "

"Overall it was great. But hair dryer in the bathroom was not in good working order. The shower was a bit hot and cold at times. Other than that it was a great stay and enjoy the hotel and the staff were very accommodating. "

"The Suites has bounced back from its recent issues with immigrants and is terrific value for money. The parking, breakfast and spa are excellent. But best of all are the local staff - helpful and friendly."
