Really nice hotel, great location by the docks. Staff were all friendly. Room I stayed in was nice and really good size, bathroom though needs updating to match the room and to point out one bad point with the room the carpet in places had tea/coffee stains but aside from that really good hotel that I’d stay at again.

Ideal location right next to the M&S Bank Arena. And literally mins from the Albert dock. Hotel was nice 👌 Room was very nice i would strongly recommend 👌 Staff are very helpful and very nice

We love staying at this hotel. It’s one of our favourites and the location is perfect. On this occasion the person who checked us in was not very welcoming and clearly couldn’t be bothered. The staff at breakfast were very stressed and very rude. This won’t stop me using this hotel but the staff need to think about our they conduct themselves with paying customers. Other than that, we love it here.

All the staff were good ---bars, housekeeping and reception We enjoyed our stay with you Food at breakfast and evening meal was very good The young staff 'managed' the fire alarm and following consequences very well Downside----the single bed in room 311---and maybe other rooms --- is too hard The quality of the toilet tissue is poor so one uses twice as much ----False economy We enjoyed our stay

Great location close to the M&S area and within walking distance to Albert Dock, Liverpool one and Mathew Street. Our room had a great view of the Liverpool Wheel, was spacious for a triple room and was comfortable and roomy enough for 3 adults. The only downside was that it was very hot. This was our second visit to this hotel and we will definitely be back again!

Fanatics hotel

So easy to get to no matter how you get there car , bus ect the hotel smelt amazing all staff very friendly and very helpful lovely clean hotel great food . Nice area outside to sit very close to the docks 3-5mins , and Liverpool one lots to do around the area boat rides and tour buses … lots of cafes and shops and bars will definitely stay here again

Excellent location for attending an event at the Liverpool Arena. Clean throughout and very friendly staff - bar, reception and housekeeping all excellent! Food was delicious and served quickly.
