"Good location, good value and useful to have onsite parking. However, some work was ongoing and a fire door was missing overnight from the lift lobby to the corridor on the ground floor. I reported this to Accor who assured me that my concerns would be addressed but I have not received any further response. "

"Room was lovely apart from the extractor fan being on constantly, we were also woken by the moving of barrells early morning as the room was really noisy Breakfast and Breakfast staff were lovely Spa - disappointing as we werent told it was fully booked all week when we arrived, we went to speak with the Spa team and was told we couldn't even use the pool either as this was also fully booked all week Upon checkout we're weren't asked about our stay to mention any of this either. "

"First class. Lovely building, great breakfast, staff extremely helpful. Location totally amazing, restaurants, museums, close to city. Would stay here again anytime. One advice, whilst rooms were very nice, could not hear your neighbours tv, toilet flush etc total peaceful, if a light sleeper request away from the amenities road. 6.15 every morning collection of glass bottles as disposed by restaurant large W bins being emptied. Besides that, top rated."
