"The staff was friendly and the hotel beautiful! Loved our room, the pool, and the food! We had an activity scheduled for a private boat day. When we told the hotel staff that we were left stranded and told the boat broke, they sprang into action and found us a new rental boat and had the cab waiting outside in less then an hour. This hotel is great and can’t thank the staff enough for saving the day! "

"All these years Centara gave me an impression of a wonderful holiday in Thailand, until today. I was staying at Patong and due to move over to Centara Kata for the 2nd part of my holiday. However, heavy rainfall and serious flooding inundated various part of Phuket and Kata is one of the worst hit area.
