"I choose a room with private bathroom when I arrived I was told the air condition was broke so I have to share the bathroom which was on the first floor the bed was old and hard like a rock I only rented the room for a few hours I was coming back from phi phi island and my flight back home was at midnight I would be able to sleep on that place But the receptionist was very sweet and nice"

I sent a message through the app about an issue and never got a response. You have to go through a coffee shop to get to the hotel and it was unclear if the staff worked for the hotel or the coffee shop.
