"Large clean room . Excellent staff . Good food at beach bar . No beach to swim from ! Can’t walk to restaurants etc as busy main road at front . Need to use taxi / motorcycle "

"Great and friendly staff. The view was great. Breakfast boxes were a bit stalled when we left, early, but they were delivered to us in the end."

"I had to pay an additional fee separately so that the child could have half board, even though at the time of booking I was given a price for half board for two adults and one child. Another couple who came with us was not required to pay this fee and benefited from exactly the same conditions.
In the room, we did not find a towel for the child, nor toothpaste or other similar items, although the other couple received extra towels and a small bag with toiletries for their child.

"We absolutely loved our stay.
The staff was super friendly and welcoming. We were surprised by all the amenities: from a beach bag and beach slippers, to a bathroom and room slippers. The breakfast buffet was superb! We are frequent travelers and this was by far the largest breakfast buffet we had. If you’re traveling during a birthday, they also provided a super tasty cake with candles.
The beach front was a definite plus. We 100% recommend this resort. "

"What an amazing place for a family vacation. The pools are all excellent, and the kids loved the kids’ pool! There are so many great food options on the property, and if you’re wondering if the breakfast package is worth it - I promise you’ll regret it if you don’t get it! It’s probably the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen and I’ve stayed at nice hotels all over the world. The staff are very helpful, friendly and prompt; and left little surprises for the kids in our room.

"A haven in Patong. Beautiful resort. Excellent staff. Very relaxing.
Be warned it is big. We had to go through three buildings and three lifts to get to our room.
There are lips to every doorway which isn't great either.
However, the hospitality is top tier. I will return"

"We stayed total of 5 nights and 3 rooms. One of the rooms had bad reception of satellite tv. So we switched to new room on third night
Breakfast was ok . Thoughtful they put signs for chicken vegetarian etc because we only eat halal food
Servers during breakfast mostly seemed like they had bad days . But other hotel staff seemed friendly "
