The room was clean and the staff were always very courteous and knowledgeable. The laundry service was good to have and the gym and the pool were beautiful. The Viva restaurant, however is way overpriced for an average quality food. The ribeye steak was as tough as they come and over cooked. The coffee which cost about $5 was about 2 ounces. But there are other places to enjoy good food very cheap, so the Viva was a one timer.

Great hotel, nice rooms, amazing pool, close to the market and Adamanda water park. Kids loved the games room with PS5. Nice roof pool with great view of Phuket. A very clean hotel and lovely staff. Only one thing, the rooms need time to cool down so i would advise to take two room keys and leave one in the room so it cools down for the night.

Dog friendly at this hotel and it has a very beautiful interior landscape with plants and palm trees. Pool located above the hotel’s sky view on the seventh floor. Also there is a restaurant with menu. There is a very modern and very good Laundromat nearby and is at least 40 meters walk.

I stayed in a family room 615B. Room was spacious and clean providing two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Perfect for two people or two couples so everyone has their own space and are not stepping over each other. The hot water from the shower was an added bonus and the beds were comfortable as well. Iron and board was provided upon request. The only downside was they did not provide face towels and the WIFI was not good in the room and only worked in the lobby. Only stayed one night but would return again in the future.

We rented a car from the airport and drive to here (within 1h). It is near Chillva market and Andamanda Water Park (within 10min drive). It is also close to Phuket Old Town (within 15 mins drive) with lots of beautiful cafe and restaurants there! This hotel is relatively “high tech” and would recommend you to download their App if you need their services (rather self serve style). It is also pets friendly. We were staying at building C which is quiet, we do not hear any noise at night and we could have good sleep.

Only staying here for one night due to wanting to stay closer to the airport since we got an early out the next day. But when I return to Phuket again, I would stay here longer. The hotel is modern, rooms are big (my buddy and I have our own rooms), two air conditioners in each room (trust me... you'll need both!), views are great... what amazing are the three roof top pools with the view. A short 10 minutes Grab taxi to the Phuket Mall to shop and eat.

Great appartment hotel close to shopping areas - markets, Mall and outlet in 5-15min taxi drive. Easy to catch a Grab taxi. We had a family room, 2 bedrooms. Big and well maintained, fairly new hotel. Long term rentals possible. Fantastic rooftop pool, gym and kids area also. Only negative thing to say is that there are not that many sunbeds and they are sometimes all taken. Breakfast was a bit expensive unfortunately. Sure we will be back.

Beautiful Hotel W/Amenities and Perfect Location

I enjoyed my 4-day stay here so much, i extended my stay for 6 extra days. The restaurant upstairs has great food and makes great alcoholic drinks. The view from the pool area is great. Theres bikes to rent on the property. The rooms are beautiful and you can use their app to schedule full hotel room cleaning service which includes vacuuming and mop. Water stations to refill your glass bottles for free. Wifi works great and the staff are extremely helpful. Homa is the best hotels ive stayed at since being in Thailand. The night market is walking distance and even better: theres an atm at the hotel for easy convenience. The Central Phuket Festival mall is 10 minutes.
