The staff was wonderful. The room was spacious and there was plenty of warm water. However, the room was very outdated and run down. Also, a couch would have been better than the dresser or the desk in that space. The bed was not comfy. However, we did like the location and we enjoyed our stay.

Place was great. Stayed on the 21st floor, which I believe are the renovated rooms. Room size is good for NY. Staff was amazing and everyone was friendly. Environment is safe for families, location of the hotel was great too. Only one drawback paper, thin walls. You can hear your neighbor and noise on hallway. Aside from that place is perfect.

Location is great, front desk is slow, breakfast is terrible. They have set breakfast menu and one can choose one fruit, Coffee or bottled juice and a break (pastry etc.), and eat one the go or in your room. My suggestion : if you like it for its location, book without breakfast and spend that breakfast moneys into a near by restaurant (plenty of options around).

Good room, decent view. They're communication is top notch. 3 stars because we couldn't log into the WIFI, room always felt cold, we were on the top floor so that's something to consider, but heater would reset when we would try to heat the room up. We didn't have hot water one morning because of work being done in the area. The location is hard to beat for the price. Would stay again for the right price.

Excellent stay and GR8 location! New renovated deluxe double queen rooms were quite comfortable although one night temp was a bit warm despite what thermostat was set at. Did not take any breakfasts at hotel so unable to provide feedback.

The staff were very friendly and courteous, but the hot water didn't work all that well and the key card lock to my room did not function, meaning that the first time I left my room, my things were totally vulnerable had anyone pulled the door handle.
