"I have no complaints - I felt the staff, decor etc were what you would find in four-star hotels in some European countries. As soon as you arrive, a friendly door-man was there to assist - not only when you arrive with luggage but upon every return from an outing. What was precious - the wonderful Nice:Matin"

"It is definitely an older hotel; overall, great option hotel for Lincoln Square. Lots of food options and shops around. The hotel is foodless, no snacks, drinks, nor breakfast. My only upset is that the entire hotel lacks microwaves. I had most of my amazing lasagna from Cafe Friellos stored in the fridge but no way of heating it up. Bummer."

"This so far has been one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. From location, to views, to the lounge and the awesome clock behind the desk this place did not disappoint. Will definitely be back and pricing was extremely fair!"

"The staff was amazing! Friendly and attentive whenever needed. Loved the quiet room, the cozy lounge, and the yummy breakfast available in the bake shop. Only suggestion might be to have a cozy chair in the room. Aside from the desk chair, there was nowhere but the bed to sit on."

"No amenities except a snack machine. Shower is not a shower it's just a spray attachment I never figured out. Lobby and floors are unkempt and even the canopy outside is frayed and unreadable. Called front desk a few times and never got an answer. It is close to the park but you can cab it to the park from anywhere so that's not a reason to stay there. Restaurants are all high end, no place for casual dining and no good breakfast joints."
