"If I could give the staff at this hotel an A plus A plus rating it wouldn’t be enough! They were fantastic! We had an issue with one of the beds in our room but failed to notice it till 11pm when the hotel was booked completely, with the exception of a room with only one bed. Two in our party agreed to spend the night in the room but the other person absolutely could not. In desperation I asked if the hotel would comp that person the room with only one bed and they agreed to accommodate us....
