"The hotel and facilities were absolutely beautiful. The staff were all amazing. However the drinks and food were very very pricey. We had a daily $21 room credit to use and the one night we used it are two drinks minus that fee were still close to $60"

"This was our first time staying at this property, and it was such a pleasant experience. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful and greeted us with a warm, genuine welcome. They even had fresh-baked cookies available—which were delicious! Although it was just a quick overnight stay, we really enjoyed it. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they’re comfortable and cozy. Overall, it had a lovely atmosphere—perfect for a quaint, relaxing stay."

"The hotel is a great boutique hotel to stay while spending time in the heart of Hollywood. We saw an event at the Pantages Theatre - short walking distance away. The diner attached to hotel has great breakfasts. Rooms are decorated retro and are comfortable beds. I would recommend this hotel "

"I stayed here recently and would rate it 3/5 overall. The room was large and clean, and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. It also looks like they are in the process of renovating, so there is some effort being made to improve the property. However, the room itself was very bare-bones and lacked some basic functionality. There was nowhere to hang clothes, so I had to go across the street to buy hangers and use the shower rod. The bathroom had no counter space at all, which made it difficult to organize anything. There was also no coffee machine or microwave in the room—only a fridge. Coffee in the lobby was inconsistent; sometimes it was available, sometimes not. Parking was one of the biggest issues. If you leave at night and return late, it’s very difficult to find a spot. Street parking requires feeding meters early in the morning, and the nearest garage is about a 20+ minute walk, which isn’t practical. The lighting setup in the room was also inconvenient. There was no bedside lamp, and the main lights had to be turned off at the door, leaving you to walk back to bed in the dark. Overall, it’s a clean place with friendly staff and decent space, but the lack of basic amenities and inconvenient parking make it hard to rate higher at this time."
