"I been staying at this location often due to ill family member that lives in the area. Entire staff is amazing Iโve always enjoyed my stay. Although 2 weeks ago I stopped to check rates from hotel vs Expedia and was very disgusted by FRANK the Man at the front desk. He was so rude the way he spoke to me. He seemed bothered by me bothering him and asking questions. I really hope I donโt have to deal with this man again. I love staying here and didnโt want to leave a bad review but this employee...

"The frond end lady name Hera is not friendly at all.
The motel charge you every thing. Example: if you get there early before checking in (3pm), you have to pay $5 for storage your luggage????
Shuttle was charged $10 each way ."

"The hotel was so lovely, they had complimentary coffee, teas, water, and hot chocolate and the rooms were beautiful. The only cons were there are no microwave in the rooms and the team seems pretty lazy but they were nice."

"Room was very worn out with a weird smell. The bed sheets were not clean full of lint. Restroom was ok until I checked the shower which had some green liquid. Extremely uncomfortable beds and pillows. We cut our stay short and decided to drive home in traffic for 3hrs instead of staying the second night."
