"I love this hotel. It was very affordable. It was a last-minute day. The staff was very friendly. It was clean. They had amenities there an amazing breakfast. I would definitely stay back at this hotel if I’m in the area thank you to all the staff members you guys were very kind. Also, they give chocolate chip cookies out, which I thought was a perk."

"Location is mot great as we realized it is not the safest neighborhood but it is close to airport and stadium which we wanted to visit.
The staff were not very helpful. We came in an hour earlier, stayed in line to talk to front desk staff and they refused to allow early check in without extra cost. Then we had to run out to exit the parking lot before we hit the 30 min mark after which we had to pay.
When we came back at the check in time, there was a long line! Clearly they couldn’t handle...

"Likes...The property is well kept. Lots of parking. Walking distance to the Mall. Close to the freeway.
Dislikes.....I was locked out of my room on the second day, the key had to be reprogrammed. My room was not cleaned, no clean sheets nor was my bed made. (Which I thought was a part of housekeeping.) There were two chairs but no table for eating. The air conditioner was loud and although its a non smoking facility, you smell Marijuana all down the hallway."
