"Every time I woke up in the morning, I had new bites on my body. I thought maybe they were mosquito bites but many told me that mosquitoes are not typical in London. I’m quite certain the room I stayed in has bed bugs. The mattress looked clean but the bugs could be hiding in cracks on the wall or between the base boards. "The hotel staff was incredibly unhelpful. We called before check in and they couldn’t help us at all with our reservation (couldnt locate our reservation, couldn’t help provide information on how to find it) when we got there they temporarily misplaced our bags. The air conditioning was broken and they kept saying it was being fixed but it never was. It was incredibly hot in the room and the room was tiny so there was no airflow. We got no compensation for any of the inconveniences. Overall...
