My stay this time around was an improvement over the last. The lift was working so I didn’t have to haul my luggage up multiple flights of stairs and my room was much more ventilated than the last. I still believe the hostel could benefit from a functional AC system as it does get very warm.

The place has a fun vibe and most of the staff is quite good. However, during my second stay there was a new lady who appeared to be completely uninterested and for some reason gave me the worst rooms possible even after I mentioned the first room was a dump with no windows and 8 people crammed inside a small space (how is that even legal?) I hope and believe that it wasn’t on purpose but later when I tried to change the guys were wonderful and helpful and assisted with request. It’s a great hostel but they need to have more female dorms. It’s not fair to be forced to sleep next to drunk and smelly boys on a week night or any night for that matter.

I love it!

I really like this place. I stayed there for 18 days. My room was good, the only point I'll recommend is be prepared for hot days or nights inside. They aren't prepared for summer. 😅 We had a fan in the room to helps, but sometimes isn't enough. Besides that, you'll love it. I was travelling alone and I felt comfortable and safety in my room for 4 people

I like the location and the quality of the beds and pillows at Generator London. Unfortunately I seem to have had a bit of a difficulty finding the washroom on the second floor and had to go around the entire floor once before I found it.
