"We enjoyed our stay at the Henrietta Experimental. Our room was in the newly expanded rooms across the street from the original hotel. The staff were nice and friendly, but not always present because they were manning two different desks on either side of the street. The room itself was very nice, comfortable and had great air conditioning. We slept very well and had plenty of space in the bedroom and the giant attached bathroom. Great location, especially if you enjoy or are planning to attend any theatre performances, very central to many show theatres. Close to great food options, the Tube... overall, highly recommend. The rooms are smaller, so be prepared for that. The cafe on the lower level was a great option to refill water bottles, grab a snack (anytime of day!) "What a lovely stay we had at the Radisson Blu in Covent Square/Seven Dials! The staff was phenomenal. You would have thought we were at a luxury resort with the level of service and support the staff provided. In particular the concierge, both Ed and George, were tremendously helpful and kind.
