I had a very pleasant stay at The Resident Soho. The location is fantastic and perfect for first-time visitors to London. Everything is within walking distance, including pubs, restaurants, shopping, and many great areas to explore.
What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. There was absolutely no attitude, just genuine hospitality. I would especially like to mention two ladies at the front desk, one of whom I believe was from Angola. Both had wonderful personalities, warm smiles, and made our stay feel very welcoming.
I would definitely stay here again thanks to the staff and the unbeatable location. However, cleanliness could be improved. The rooms are on the smaller side, which is understandable for Soho, but the room was not spotless and there was noticeable dust, especially on the doors and surfaces.
Overall, a good stay with amazing staff, and with better attention to cleanliness, it would be even better.
