"We loved the experience of staying at Casa Martini. It was a great spot, not far from the train station and close to the Grand Canal. "a hidden gem. so close and easy walk to and from the train station. i appreciated the host accommodating our late check in due to airport stopping. laura and mossimo were extremely nice! my kids loved it as well. we had the bottom floor room and we did hear all the walking/talking/suitcase rolling BUT didn’t bother us since we were so tired from traveling. venice is walkable! so even with a family of 4 we walked!"

They both looked the same as far as bedding etc. When we arrived our son and daughter in law got a room as advertised and my husband and I were out on another building that was nothing like the photos and old. We were very disappointed I would be very clear you do not want out on the old building that you have to have there old keys to get into your room "

"The Hotel it is difficult to find, because it is nestled in between a restaurant. Better directions need to be provided. The elevator was broken and it was difficult to carry all the luggage to what they call the 2nd floor but really is more like the 3rd floor. I came home with a pull back, and I am fairly young. The room is spacious for European standards, clean and it does have an amazing view."
