Standard small room with private bathroom. No king bed as advertised. Perfect location as water bus right outside front door. Although there is a lift you will have to navigate 2 flights of stairs with luggage. 24 hour staff very friendly and helpful.

The location was very convenient, especially being right by the water taxi stop, which made arriving and getting around Venice easy. The hotel itself had a unique atmosphere, as our room was located within what felt like a museum, although this made the stay feel a bit unusual. Unfortunately, we felt the room was extremely expensive for what it offered. The location was definitely the biggest highlight of our stay.

This property is located in fantastic spot. Steps away from Rialto Bridge, right on the water and steps away from the water taxi, making it easy to commute with luggage not having to pull your bags through the cobblestone streets. Conveniently located in San Marco area and San Polo across the other side of the bridge. We felt extremely safe to walk around in the evening in the area with multiple dining and shopping choices right next-door to a supermarket which made purchasing snacks for the room convenient. Upon check-in, the staff was fantastic great communication prior to and throughout the stay. The housekeeping staff, we’re lovely as well. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable beds. There were multiple guests staying, and it was an extremely quiet residence to stay at. If we return to Venice, we will book these accommodations again!

Really cute place. Feels like you’re staying above a museum. The water taxis drop you off right outside. Really close to the bridges and the square and good restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a prime place to stay while in venice! The staff was great giving me information on restaurants and transportation, which I was most nervous about with a 6am flight. The hotel is centrally located to everything. And you are close to the public water taxis that run 24 hours, although running at 30 mins in late morning hours. There is a stunning breakfast room, although it does cost. I would definitely be going back here. Private, efficient, and easy to get to. They even checked me in early which was so nice after a long day of traveling!
