The hotel is really nice and in a great area. It’s walkable to main attractions and there are lots of restaurants and shops around. The individual room is tiny, we didn’t realize how small it was going to be, but it was cute and comfortable. The bathroom was a nice and shower had good water pressure. The only thing we didn’t like is that there was No air conditioning. We asked and they said that since is not hot season yet, is not available (went in April). We had to sleep with the window open, which since we had gotten a canal/street view, made it hard to sleep because it was sooo noisy. Other than that our stay was good.

We had a great stay!! It was clean, comfortable, and the best part was the amazing service from the people. They were warm, friendly, and excellent hosts. From the train station, it was about half a mile walk. Not bad but there were quite a few stairs over canals to walk. We had breakfast included and that was nice. Nothing crazy, but sufficient and a nice way to get the day started. The bread and coffee were great, and the set up was so pretty. It was in a perfect location and the WiFi, bathrooms, etc were all great! I recommend staying here. The only thing that was wonky was that we didn’t know how to find the place.. it’s in 3 different buildings that are next to one another, so if you arrive at one and it doesn’t have a person there, look around.

The staff are amazing and kindly held our baggage so we could explore Venice. When our room was ready they even delivered our bags to the room. We had an early morning departure and the staff were nice enough to have some breakfast options ready for us before our departure time.

Lovely stay and location

I loved this hotel - nice and comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Location is brilliant - just over 16 minutes’ walk from the train station (over three bridges, but that’s not too bad for Venice); and really convenient to walk to the sights.
