"Townhouse is beautiful and the staff are really friendly. The room was quite cold though and we couldn't get the heating to work on our first night. TV in rooms are very dated and we couldn't cast to them or stream anything thst was a bit disappointing."

"The staff was excellent at the One Tun. We had to extend our stay at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances and the staff was so accommodating. We really appreciate that they were able to keep us in the same room with barely any notice. The hotel itself is roomy and clean and the location is excellent. "Pretty new hotel in a great location in Clerkenwell. Staff were really friendly and helpful, there were complimentary drinks and snacks on arrival as well as a check in call once we were in the room to make sure it was all ok. "The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a frosted glass door which was a bit awkward if you needed to use the bathroom during the night. I did appreciate the housekeeping staff. They helped us out after my daughter was vomiting due to a migraine. All in all, it was a good hotel."

"No frills with good location above the pub. No lobby just have the bartenders of the pub to give keys, our room had no heat and we had to pester the bartender for quite some time to fix the issue and he ultimately just gave us a new room. "
