"We had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Brilliant Hotel & Spa and would definitely return. The location was excellent, with easy walks to markets, souvenir shops, restaurants, and stores selling beautiful handmade ceramics and artwork featuring local artists. It made exploring Hanoi very convenient.
The staff were exceptional. We were warmly greeted every time we entered or left, and the porters were incredibly helpful with our luggage upon arrival and departure.
Our two-bedroom suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great A/C, city views, two showers, and a wine bar area stocked with snacks and drinks.
The spa was a highlight of our trip. I enjoyed a two-hour foot massage and facial, while my daughter had a three-hour package including hair washing, a facial, and a full-body massage. The therapists were skilled, thorough, and attentive. We were welcomed with winter melon tea and snacks, and when my granddaughter fell in love with the chips, the concierge kindly gave her a bag to take with her.
The lobby's koi fish and water features created a peaceful, zen-like atmosphere that made the hotel feel like a retreat in the middle of the city.
The only area for improvement would be the Wi-Fi, which was occasionally weak. Otherwise, everything exceeded our expectations. The outstanding service, beautiful accommodations, relaxing spa, and thoughtful touches made this a memorable stay for our family. Highly recommended!"
