This is a really lovely little hotel. All the staff are so nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. Spa lady was lovely. The room with balcony was very spacious, and a lovely spot to sit outside in the cool of the morning or evening. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff ( Leo, Daniel and others) were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help you with everything, including dining, museum and shopping options. When we were leaving on a day trip to ninh binh, Daniel reminded us to take a jacket as it gets cold in that area! The rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and had a lot of options. The hotel is well positioned in the old quarter. We would highly recommend this hotel to other guests. Hope to return one day!!

The hotel has everything you need. The staff are what makes this place worth it. Every single one is always smiling and attentive to every detail. They all say good morning/evening every time you see them, a little touch that goes a long way! A special shout out to Lan at reception who offered great assistance throughout our stay. Also to Maya who checked us in and made us feel very at home as soon as we arrived. The room was spacious, had comfortable beds, and a large shower with a nice shower head. The breakfast in the morning was tasty, with multiple options to order, as well as a buffet. The hotel is in close proximity to many attractions. Will definitely return when back in Hanoi, and would highly recommend to anyone visiting this area. Thank you so much to the whole team for having me and my brother!

The staff were so lovely and happy to give recommendations. The rooms were nice and quiet, which is rare in Hanoi, but that did mean having no view, which we were more than happy with! The rooftop breakfast was tasty and varied.

Marvellous Hotel

My wife and me,with our three boys, booked and spend time in two rooms over two days when we arrived to Vietnam. The staff was very welcoming right away. Nancy in the hotel gave us good instruction and booked restaurants for us in the evenings and the management also helped us with a full day trip in Hanoi.We can strongly recommend the hotel. It was marvelous.
