"ホテルの設備はとても良く、スタッフがとても親切でした。チェックアウト後、深夜便での帰国でしたが、夜遅くまで荷物を預かっていただく事ができ大変助かりました。荷物を取りに行った時には、プールサイドのシャワーも利用させていただきました。石鹸シャンプーはないものの、バスタオルを貸していただき、汗を流せるだけでも有り難く、気持ちよく帰国便に備える事が出来、とても良かったです。旧市街にもすぐに出かける事が出来、とても便利な立地でした。窓のない部屋でしたが、旧市街はとても賑やかなので、かえって窓のない部屋は静かで快適でした。景色が見たければ13階のバーや、朝食時に12階から見る事も出来ます。また、ハノイに来る時は利用したいと思えるホテルでした。"
