"I had such a wonderful experience with the Splendid Premium Hotel! I was in Hanoi for 12 days for a friend’s wedding and wanted to do some exploring around Northern Vietnam while I was here. So I wanted a place to feel at home and that’s exactly what this hotel made me feel. The staff is so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the areas around Hanoi. When I checked in I was greeted with a cold towel, juice, and lovely snack. Hugo and Cindy sat with me to help me feel more welcome and they helped plan out the parts of my trip which was still up in the air. They helped me book day trips to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh, which helped round off my trip perfectly! I chose the suite with city view which was super spacious, and exactly what I needed for my long term stay. The breakfast buffet was always delicious and well stocked - I liked how they rotated some of the dishes and the juices daily. The pool was refreshing after a long day of walking around the city in the scalding summer heat. The Sylvia Spa was perfect after my Ha Giang Loop tour. The staff always greeted and wished me a good day, which made me feel extra special. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you plan on visiting Hanoi!"

From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional service and made us feel genuinely welcome. The accommodations were outstanding—clean, comfortable, and truly deserving of a 5-star rating. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the many attractions, restaurants, and cultural sites that Hanoi has to offer. The food was amazing, and the special discounts on dining, drinks, and the hotel's professional spa and massage services made our stay even more enjoyable. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and committed to ensuring we had a wonderful experience. "One night at the Capella between two photography tours, and it has set a new benchmark for what a hotel can be. Booked a Premier Room, upgraded unprompted to a Studio Grand Suite with a separate living and dining areas, marble bathroom with freestanding tub, Bamford amenities, a handwritten welcome card from the GM, and hand-painted wooden tortoises as a turndown gift. None of it felt like a script. The design is the property's real achievement: a new build executing a confident 1920s French-Vietnamese deco vocabulary, every detail considered down to the bakelite phone in the ensuite. Two throwaway comments I made on arrival were quietly referenced by multiple staff that evening. Anticipatory personalisation usually associated with Ritz-Carlton, executed here with more restraint. Dinner at Backstage was outstanding. I'll be back."
