Staff are extremely attentive, friendly and helpful… Room size is perfect for a couple with large luggages. Located in the old quarter, we enjoyed walking around. It is safe both day and night but is crowded. Driving would be an issue with heavy traffic. We had spent a good 2 days there. "

"I only stayed for (2) nights, as I was waiting for some friends to arrive in Vietnam. So as a single, Black female, I felt pretty safe. The staff was very sweet to me, & even booked me transportation from the airport to the hotel. The front desk concierge (Hannah) also helped calling a cab to take me to my second destination early in the morning. The hotel is in a very convient & lively spot, I was able to walk to get pho, ramen, etc. at night with no problem because they were about a 5 min walk...
