"I highly recommend a stay at this hotel. The service is absolute spectacular. Highly personalized and friendly. We stayed in the opera wings in a club room and the afternoon tea and drinks in the evening was an added benefit. In the heart of the old French Quarter, it is walking distance to shopping and sites"

"Staff were great they take good care of me. The hotel kept my luggages during my day trip and provide me with shower. I had issue with the safe and hot water in my room and they send somebody right away to fix the problem. Breakfast has a great selection and great fruit. The hotel location is right in old quarter and close enough to bus drop off or pick up. Because of the new regulations the bigger bus can’t enter old quarter during morning and night peak hours. I will recommend this hotel"
