"Didn't expect to get such a great night stay at a studio. It was very clean, very spacious and all things came in handy!
Only setback was that breakfast was packed food and some of them were not really nice (presentation was nice though). I would like to suggest to change vendor for nasi lemak and doughnut. Even typical local packing but with good taste would be appreciated."
"Very clean, service was very nice, in a cute quiet location. Beds are soft, showers are beautiful, minibar was well stocked. Only qualm were that the a la carte breakfast was very average — just eat the buffet breakfast as it’s a nice Asian selection."

"Everything was exceptionally great!!!
Only cons were long waiting time at the elevators, but completely understandable at a 51 storey building.
Kitchen was a little bit poor equipped. Just two knives, two forks, two spoons, etc."

"No issues with deposits being refunded at checkout early morning when paid in cash. Reception was manned 24/7. Not much to eat nearby but ordered delivery through Grab, which was easy."

"Rooftop pool must be popular for couples and many taking photos from there. Check-in run by remote and reception facility is only a room with chair. Seems temporary facility and segmentalized person attending check in, There seem no secure luggage storage at reception area as not a hotel. also often the case with apartment style accommodation you will find many missing cutleries you wish to have.
Close to the MRT station is good advantage for matured but facility suits for young couple.

"Lifts are very slow. I have waited more than 20 mins for a lift to come on my floor. This is embarrassingly slow. The first time I experienced this in my hotel stays in the world. Pool side was full and also had to take food on the floor like a beggar while paying for a hotel. "

But during check-in I was informed that the whole hotel is non-smoking. Would be good if I was informed of this prior so I can manage expectations. "

"Not a good representation of the Ritz Carlton brand. Suite room no. 1000's bedroom is accompanied by the incessant noise of exhaust/AC unit outdoor. Towels in the bathroom are old and thin. The vanity mirror in the bathroom is half fallen. Bathrobe is missing a belt loop and old. Both requests for a room on a higher floor and support pillows were not met. Turndown service was not done on the third evening. Very, very little TV channels. Food and beverage offered at the executive club lounge were limited and nothing extraordinary. Parking fee (for executive club suite) was RM15 for 4 hours! Not a single cent discount?!"

"doesn't match the 5-star hotel status. Only 2 lines for check in, where 1 line is for priority members, and both lines wait for their turn for approximately 10-15mins each guests.
I do not know why check in takes this long.
When it is my turn, it is the same, where the staff just stares into the computer for 10 mins.
Furthermore, any requests that were made before my arrival was not noted although the staff has remarked that she will put a note on my booking. None of the staff found any notes for my booking.
Room is also dusty, and the toiletries tray is full of dust.
I will not stay here again."
