"The hotel was very clean, and had a really good sized room. The gym was also a very good size with decent equipment. The hotel is close to the airport via bus and also a bus ride away from Venice, so it was very convenient. The staff were outstanding and made my short stay seamless and enjoyable. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well stocked with everything I needed. なにより、ヴェネチアのサンダルチア駅についてから最初の橋でキャリーを運んであげると言った後に50ユーロ請求してくる詐欺？強盗？に遭い、落ち込んでいたのですが、ホテルの方が追い払ってくれて、その後もホテルは悪くないのに何度も私たちに申し訳ないとフォローしてくれました。
ポーターの方も、ポーターはユニフォームを着ているし、怪しい輩には荷物を預けちゃだめだよと英語で教えてくれて、今後は本当に気をつけようと思いました。
私たち日本人に対しても優しくサポートしてくださり、いいホテルでした。
