"This was a fantastic hotel other than the stairs of death!! ( but it is Venice so they are Everywhere). Building has a fascinating history. A lot of Stairs to get into hotel but once there is very Venetian which is what we were after. Had the family room which was perfect for Four adults. Clean and easy check in and out- However they should have an attendant there longer it was difficult to walk around with bags since we checked out time is 11am they only held bags til 3:30pm since they leave at 4 our train out of Venice was at 7 pm that’s the only thing Other than that it was a great stay good breakfast clean room "
