"the hotel doesn't have stair case, but the front desk staff, she is kind enough to help with our luggage to the 6th floor although the room is small, but it is so comfy with basic amneties. the shower room/toilet is super clean, and the water pressure is good it worth its price"

"The hotel is overall okay. The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. Traveling as a solo female, I felt very safe in the area and the hotel. They’re remodeling the hotel so there’s a loud drilling noise- I guess my only complaint."

"Overall the hotel was good, it just has 1 major problem… there’s a lack of elevators. It’s a big hotel with only 2, so it’s very difficult to get in and out of the property. I wouldn’t stay there again unless I was on the first floor, and definitely don’t stay there if you’re elderly and can’t take the stairs."

"I often stay at the Athena the night before my return flight to Canada because it is close to Paddington Station and the excellent new Elizabeth Line, which goes to Heathrow for just 14 pounds. This time I was given an upgrade to a bigger room on the top floor, which would have served a small family quite well. It was quite warm outside, but the attic room was not at all stuffy. The windows open, and you can leave them ajar at night because the street goes quiet, and the hotel is set back...

"Très bien situé, personnel efficace. Chambre pratique, bien équipée , spacieuse et très propre. Le resto petit-déjeuner est à éviter. Prohibitif (et qui ajoute encore des frais de service aux 13.5BP annoncés!), peu de choix :croissant tranches de pain et quelques garnitures, nescafé ... thé =eau tiède colorée. 70 euros pour nous 4... Indigne. Sommes allés chez 'granier' pour les autres déjeuners : choix, service, excellent café... et le 1/3 du prix. "
