"The rooms were spacious and nice but the mini bar meant there was no fridge space. Coffee in the room was $16 for a Keurig, which wouldn’t have been a big deal since there was better coffee at the coffee shop in the lobby, but that was a construction zone when we woke up our second day. It’s far from all of the Mandalay Bay amenities. Some rideshare drivers will not drop you off or pick you up from W, only Mandalay Bay. We came back to an unexpected room service delivery but there was no charge...

"Las Vegas is crazy, it is the most confusing city in the entire United States.This hotel was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast menu extensive but quality of individual items, i.e., eggs, sausage, juices, were flavorless. Waffles, blueberry scones and yogurt were great though! Staff were wonderful everywhere and the pool was to-die-for. And ADA accessible! "

"When I was got back to the hotel after visiting the strip, I discovered that the room I had was mistakenly given to me. I had to have security wake up the people in the room I was probably given just to retrieve my stuff"

"Stayed from Monday-Saturday, by Friday I had to complain at the front desk because no room service was provided at all. No clean towels, no garbage removal."

"There is no pool right now. It's being remodeled so it'll be awhile. But, they worked it out with the hotel next door that's right outside the front door practically to use theirs. So, if you really need be able to swim it could work. Other than that everything else was pretty cool"

"There were no real amenities and what was there was closed or such limited hours they were not available for someone who was attending daytime meetings. The property was beautiful and well maintained, however signage indicating where to go for Uber/ specific locations were difficult to follow. No microwave or fridge in the room and even the coffee pods in room were a charge. Way more expensive than it’s worth. My favorite part was the soaker tub."

"Bkfst menu was fresh, but a touch incomplete as although protein (eggs) was available, there was no protein to compliment the eggs (brkfst meats)..."

"Our room was clean and the extra space was wonderful. The view was the roof and the side of a building. Some of the Lyft drivers did not know where it was. I would however stay there again."

"Breakfast was good. They just need to add some bacon or sausage to the menu but all choices were good and well cooked, fruit was fresh. The room was very comfortable for us, and kitchen was clean."
