"Excellent welcome from the staff, shout out to Yun Li for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and knowledgeable about traversing through Penang. She had a lot of great advice and was able to get us restaurant reservations on short notice. The service at Noordin Mews was superb. The doors are quirky though, watch your fingers opening and closing them! There's a public shower and washroom which we were told we could use after we checked out and before we flew out. "Can't sleep well because can heard the sounds of footsteps going up and down the staircase clearly.Only one bigger bathroom, others are too small.The locker in my bed was spoiled and couldn't lock.Breakfast is only bread and jam everyday, and I found a lot of ants on the table and no staff realised until I told one of them to clear them.However,staff are friendly and the location of hotel is quite strategic."
