"Fantastic stay! The beach was beautiful and well maintained, food was delicious, rooms are ample and super clean. We had previously stayed at Royal Haciendas in 2023 and did not have a great experience - we thought we would give this place another try and have nothing but great things to say about our stay in 2026. Once of our guests experienced an injury while at the resort and I can not highly recommend the Dr. on site enough - he is very thorough and genuinley cares about his patients. Hotel management went above and beyond during our stay. Also - would like to give recognition to a few staff members who made our stay extra special. Our kids loved the kids club and Danna, Diana, Kitzia, and Geo made their week. Alejandro at Kinoko restaurant provided great service all week long as well!"

"Astonishing breathtaking view of the ocean looking at Cozumel! Super friendly and professional staff, from concierge to all restaurant staff, it felt personalized all along our stay!! Great value for a boutique hotel!! Food never lacked in quality but the only thing to improve is on consistency, when ordering the same dish a few times, it never tasted the same, alway good but different! All in all thank you!, i would repeat no questions asked!"

"We loved our experience here. The resort was newly renovated, rooms were modern and well maintained. Enjoyed the buffet, really enjoyed the Mexican food (tamales, plantain, etc. ) and LOVED the make-your-own chievche bar (so fresh). The bartenders at the Le Fleur/Steakhouse were incredible (such high quality personalized cocktails and an unexpected show) these bartenders really made it a one of kind experience. The riviara hotel part is still under construction but it didn't effect our experience much. Really appreciated the hotel trams that drove you directly to your hotel rooms from the lobby or beach. The beach was a little eroded and a bit seaweedy but we still had a great time lounging by the beach. 100% would be excited to go back. "
