"Our stay at Paradisus La Perla was truly exceptional. Staff was pleasant, attentive, and welcoming. The restaurants were beautiful and the attention to guests was amazing. Alfredo in particular (at the reserve pool) was phenomenal and really made our experience top notch. We would love to return!"

"Stayed here for our honeymoon. Food was absolutely amazing, everything we ate was 5 star! Beach is lack luster but the pools definitely make up for it! So many different spots to soak up the sun! Definitely recommend this hotel!"

"The location was very quiet and we felt very safe (with gated entry way), the staff was friendly and always willing to help. Our apartment was excellent for 3 people with the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. We were glad to have had the kitchen with a fridge & coffee machine too. Excellent to walk to the beach or 5th avenue. "

"Amazing staff, very attentive if we needed anything. Beds were a little hard and pillows could use a refresh. Very close to the best beach in Playa Del Carmen so we appreciated that. Overall it's a wonderful small hotel that's a little out of the way to enjoy the 5th Avenue experience but if you don't mind a stroll its well worth staying at, and you can't beat the price."
