"Clean room "

"Best room, pools and grounds we have stayed at (5th trip to Riviera Maya). Loved the suite. So comfortable for our family with 2 young teens. Stayed late April 2026. Food was not great, and we are not highly critical, usually easy to please. Like really unimpressed especially with International Night. Honesty, food was not good and the reason I probably won't return. Staff was ok, really liked pool and outdoor staff a lot. Buffet waiters did not seem that interested in us with the exception of 2. Lacks night life, but that's not our thing so no problems there. Had a great piano player in buffet one night tho. That was a highlight on a bad food night, we actually stayed the whole performance. If we went again, and I'm on the fence, I did LOVE the room and the pools, we would just skip all inclusive and only eat at the pool restaurants, and use the kitchen in our room for simple breakfast/dinners ourselves. "

"The food was delicious the rooms were clean. The staff was lovely. The entertainment was fun. We had a beautiful vacation with the resort. My only one problem was the main pool was gross. On the fifth day We were here. You couldn’t see the bottom it was foggy and smelled ."

"The rooms were clean and the grounds were well maintained. Evening shows were ok, done by 9 or 10 each night. No night life at the resort, but a short walk to 5th Ave and clubs and eateries. Felt safe walking well lite. Food-breakfast was your normal at any resort buffet. Evening 3 restaurant options along with buffet. Italian was our favorite and yes you have to arrange reservations before had. Mexican was ok and steak house needs some work on the menu. No real flavor to the meal. Drinks were all over the place some place you would ask for Malibu and got it and other bar said all out to up charge. Same with vodka Tito was up charge sometimes. Sushi was good. Pizza was very good for lunch options if wanting a snack instead of buffet. We did use the spa for a couples massage. It was nice and relaxing. My husband was not overly impressed because his scalp massage he thought she was just petting his hair. Not much of beach at all so don’t go to this resort for ocean views and it was smelly when you got to the beach. They had fishing boats all along the beach and was dangerous to walk in certain areas so we didn’t go in ocean at all. This is a smaller resort but the staff are great and very helpful. They do have a 24/7 sandwich and fruit with cookies and such which is nice for after hours. Very chill resort."

"Fabulous resort - all of it!! The architecture and layout of it is great. There is nothing cheap looking or feeling about it. We stayed in building 3 on the 7th floor overlooking the whole property. Great room and view! It was a preferred suit with an ocean view. All the staff there were so helpful and polite, our room was always very clean, the whole resort was spotless, the food and drinks were great, and the pools were excellent! We went to various nightly events around the property and they were so worth it . Obviously the management of this resort knows what they are doing. The beach was also nice with plenty of loungers etc but the water had sargassum in it while we were there, which was disappointing …but the large pool made me feel like I was in the water at the beach - which made up for it."

"The place was beautiful, with many yummy restaurants and decent drinks. Food was awesome, but breakfast was okay. Housekeeping was amazing and so sweet, adding cute touches to the room. The bartenders could have been kinder, but most of the staff was very friendly. Awesome place and would come back!"
