"Was very happy we stayed here in PDC. Away from all the bustle of Quinta Avenida, this is still a 10- 15 minute walk from the beach areas. We liked it because it was clean, had a relaxing vibe, but a couple minutes walk from two large shipper markets and good restaurants. More a locals vibe area, more centro. Ac worked well, no humidity smells like many places, owners take very good care of maintenance and care. Highly recommend "

Location is perfect, with next to no traffic, entrance to public beach just across the road, and just a short sraight shot, within walking distance, to 5th Ave. If you're in to exercise, you can literally start your run, walk, biking, etc...right outside your door; you won't be alone, seems to be a common route, as the majority of roadway is pedestrian only. Service is great, very attentive. As others have said, the coffee is delicious, as well as the fresh...

"La propiedad está bien ubicada, tiene lugares para comer cerca (recomiendo mucho "Que huevos" y considero que era bastante seguro. Me gustó el trato del personal, el area de la piscina, la habitación muy bonita. Lo unico que no me gusto fue que se sentia mucho un olor a cigarro en los ascensores. Les sugerería tener un fridge para que los huespedes puedan comprar bebidas :)"

Je suis très heureux de mon séjour au Villas Segovia. Notre chambre était une suite junior avec 2 lits double, la chambre est gigantesque. En fait c'est un appartement entier ce n'est pas une chambre. Cuisinette équipée, salle à manger à part et divan pour relaxer, dans une autre pièce...
