"I truly enjoyed my solo stay here for a couple days ocean view from the infinity pool is breathtaking! The room was beautiful the shower. Was amazing the aroma around the whole property smelled so good !! Enjoyed the full moon celebration they had one night with live music and they had a telescope for amazing views of the moon ! Everything was great expect not able to swim in the beach in front of hotel but if you went little further down you were able to. Food was okay Think it could have been...

"The staff at check in and out could use some hospitality training - this is our 4th stay and this has never improved although overall service at the resort has significantly improved aside from this. "Highly recommended if you have a car. Excellent value. Clean room. Breakfast above average for Yucatan - included protein (cheese, ham, boiled egg). Free parking. Quiet area. 8-10 min walk to Playa 72 and Playa 88 which are great free public beaches. Would definitely stay here again. Downsides: no restaurants close by, internet did not work"

"Staff was friendly. Room is renovated but poor renovation finishes. Buffet food had lots of options but food was okay. Bars had premium alcohol. Restaurants that needed reservations were beautifully renovated. Food was okay. Beach had seafood. Pool was nice. Property was big, was getting at least 10000 steps daily. "

"All in all very good hotel. Staff very respectful. Food perfect. Pools were all good. Make sure to find and reserve pool seats first thing in the morning otherwise you may not find the spot near your room building. "

"Great spot for the whole family! Kids club for 3-4 years old along with one for 5-10 year olds. Water park is great for all ages Buffet has limited options but the rest of the food was fantastic The shows were less than great but the older kids do get to take part in one of them which was cute"
