"Wonderful stay!!"

"A slice a paradise, with a romantic and boho chic atheistic. The food is delicious with fresh ingredients. It is a boutique hotel which we loved. We had 2 bungalows right on the beach so you can step out and enjoy the sound of the waves and had a choice of sun beds. The beach is rocky so we just used the pool. We had a car so could explore the area but if you want to unwind you could easily just relax there."

"Good things first. The staff are lovely. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The proximity to a nice family beach is a 2 min walk away. The bad. Over priced. Both airconditioners didn't work. Bad smells from blocked drains and there is a building site right next door. Jack hammers and noisy 3 out of 7 days. Cant stay in room. Also taxi ride to main tourist strip."

"Everything was clean and well maintained. My family and o really liked the place. They have a little fountain which my little one loved it too he will be entertained. Food and service was great! Pool and entertainment was great too. What we didn’t like about the room was the bathroom you barely has privacy. the floor will get wet pretty easy and gets too slippery. "The smell of seaweed was awful. You could smell it the minute our shuttle bus pulled up to the gate and cracked the door for security check and entry. As we pulled up to the resort and got out, we were overwhelmed by the smell in the resort lobby. There was no attempt to put out scent diffusers or anything to even try to mask the smell. "The resort does not have a beach. The seaweed has completely taken over. You will have to take an excursion to see the Cancun beach. Do not do the time share meeting. The staff treats you differently after you deny the time share. Just pay full price for the excursions. The discount doesn't end up bring worth the time and pressure."

"This was not just a bad hotel stay. It was one of the most disturbing and unsafe travel experiences my family has ever had. My family booked multiple rooms, but my 17-year-old nephew and I were removed three days early after he was assaulted. Instead of protecting him or properly investigating, hotel staff called police and treated him like he was the problem, even though he was the victim.
