Food never lacked in quality but the only thing to improve is on consistency, when ordering the same dish a few times, it never tasted the same, alway good but different! I have traveled around the world and have stayed at all of the top resorts, including the Four Seasons, Auberge, Ritz Carlton, The Peninsula, Ranch at Rock Creek, etc. I cannot say enough about the staff and how they made us feel. Their outlook on life and how they love this property is something that I have never witnessed...

Super clean rooms and grounds, great cocktails, beautiful well kept grounds, delicious food (better than any other all inclusive resort) incredible nature, all green around, and most importantly top service. Breakfast buffet was OK, when it was hosted in the Italian restaurant the options were underwhelming, when it was moved to its main location (Mexican restaurant?) it got better but was still just OK. I also wish they had more activities for kids (outside of kids club). But...

"Service, cleanlines food is all great. Best area on the beach and they clean it all day long. It is quieter resort and smaller, so less food options, but that was perfect for us. Spa and Hydrothreapy are very nice. No need to worry about reserving chairs by the pool or beach. It is a great resort. "

"The grounds, beach, pool areas were all lovely, very clean and manicure. All of the staff at the hotel (from the customer relations, housekeeping, waiters & grounds staff to the recreational folks) ALL were excellent, friendly and courteous. We felt that all of the specialty restaurants, including the buffet, and the open early to open late coffee shop in the lobby. We’re all very good. Each one had a different atmosphere and location on the property so we didn’t feel the need to go looking...
