"Booked here for my mum's birthday and they did not disappoint. I reached out to the front office manager Cihan and he offered to help plan a small surprise for her. On arrival, we were met by the receptionist Mahmud who was an absolute gem. There was nothing that we asked that was too much trouble for him.
