"Great hotel for the most part. Fantastic location with the tram stop right in front of the hotel. Staff were lovely except for the man at breakfast who shouted at me and said I hadn't paid for breakfast with my room. I had paid, he was looking at the wrong room number when he checked. He didnt apologise. Also the breakfast was not great, I expected better, I mainly just had tea and a croissant. "By far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Istanbul for a budget! I’ve travelled about 5-6 times and this hotel beats every other one that I’ve stayed at in terms of customer service, food at the hotel was really good, rooms are nice and clean and spacious not too big but perfect size. Your a 2 min walk to the Main Street where the trams and buses come from so super convenient to get around to. I would definetly reccomend anyone to stay here if you want to be a 15-20 mins ride to the city...
