"A wonderful stay!
Alper welcomed us on arrival and each time we were in and out. The hotel greeted us with a beautiful smile recption staff ( Selcuk!)
Ercu helped with luggage that we brought up to our room;
Sena was a very humble and sweet young lady;
Mustafa was very helpful and efficient, overall very helpful staff and excellent service: for sure we will be returning here very soon !!!:)"

"My experience at Arcadia Blue Hotel was disappointing. The location is definitely the best thing about this hotel: it is very well situated, close to the main tourist attractions, and very convenient for getting around the city.
However, the room facilities need a lot of renovation. The bathroom was not properly maintained and did not meet the expected cleanliness standards. The room and some of the facilities look quite worn out and require better upkeep.
The breakfast was another negative...

"正直のところ、金額に見合っていないと思いました。
まず清掃が行き届いていませんでした。客室のトイレには汚れが付着し、シャンプーボトルは蓋が開いており閉まらず使うことができませんでした。
朝食は美味しく景色もきれいでしたが、金額を加味した時に見合わないと思いました。
スタッフの対応はよく、パートナーが体調を崩したためチェックアウト後も部屋にいても良いかと聞くと了承してくれました。"

"The hotel was new, modern, and very comfortable. We were kindly upgraded to a room on the 6th floor, which offered a spectacular panoramic view of the sea. The location was perfect for sightseeing, with the Blue Mosque only a 3-minute walk away. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul."

"The room, though small, was a last minute upgrade & has the essentials including a fridge & hair dryer. 24 hr complimentary coffee, tea & drinking water was great to have especially as tap water is not potable. Breakfast cannot be faulted, ample & good variety. Ergan the concierge was very welcoming & helpful, the whole staff is ready to assist. Small hotel, big heart."
