"The hotel and staff were excellent. Our room felt truly 5-star, and the breakfast selection was very good. The only issue we encountered involved a local taxi. There are two hotels in Istanbul named Renaissance, located on opposite sides of the city. Be careful — make sure they take you to the correct one so you don’t end up going for an unexpected ride. 🚕"

"This hotel has been so far my best experience in Istanbul. Location, rooms, amenities, and staff were top notch. A special call out to Ahsen at the front desk, and -forgot his name but the young restaurant manager at the Atrox Lounge. They have acommodated all of our requests. Especially the value offering is great compared to some other hotels in Istanbul can cost 3-4 times more. I have no reservations picking this hotel for my next trip."

"This is not an hotel to me.. This is my greatest Home in İstanbul. I know every single person that takes care of us here by now and every single one of them like a family to me. I feel always welcomed, calm, comfortable, and safe here. "Loved this hotel soooo chilled an relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was really good had everything breads cereals fruits then during the day they had teas/coffees cakes snacks sweets free. Location was excellent buses metro a shopping centre 10 min walk had endless shops an a convenience shop open till very late … then bonus was a bus to Istanbul airport few minute walk from hotel was sooo handy. Check in/check out was easy .. overall amazing stay "
