"Great staff and excellent service"

"The room was great but a bit hot at the beginning. Then the AC was fixed and it was very comfortable. We appreciated the 2 bottles of water provided regularly lot. The breakfast was excellent with many choices that changed a bit every day. This is a bonus as we stayed there for 6 nights and one would want some variety. The hotel is on a lovely side street. The staff is helpful and friendly."

"The restaurant and cafe staff seemed unhappy and the level of service was poor. Only liked the room and bathroom is decent, however had no bath tub or dressing table to get ready. Spa facilities are great. Overall wouldn’t stay again, wasn’t welcomed or made feel special for our wedding anniversary. Has a good Indian restaurant called Madhu’s but the staff doesn’t understand basic English. Poor service too."

"Great location right in the heart of Taksim. Our room had an amazing view, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. While the room was a bit small for two people, the stunning view more than made up for it. "The great thing about this location is close proximity to Galataport where you can gain access to fancy restaurants. The area is extremely busy and overcrowded sometimes. Hotels in this area in general are expensive due to location."
