"Amazing location amazing staff and service"

"This is truly one of my favorite hotels ever, and I’ve stayed at many! No gym or breakfast but exceptional hospitality, beautiful property, and fantastic location more than makes up for it. Complimentary coffee and tea are available 24/7, and you can enjoy them in the lobby, or have them delivered to your room or the rooftop. Our room and entire property are impeccably maintained and spotless. But what really sets this hotel apart is the staff, who are all incredibly kind, helpful, and...

"Well recommended. Good service, friendly staff and good room. Well decorated room and thumbs up for Ibrahim on daily housekeeping."

"We really enjoyed our stay — everything was even better than we expected. The hotel was very clean, beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located. The price was also a pleasant surprise. For this level of cleanliness, comfort, and overall quality, it was an excellent value. We would definitely stay here again."

"とても新鮮で豊富な朝食がサービスされます。味もとても美味しいです。 最高の立地で、治安も不安を感じませんでした。 Wi-Fiの感度もスピードもよく、とても快適に過ごせます。 マッサージも清潔で素晴らしい施術でした。 是非また滞在したいホテルのひとつです。"

"Excelente servicio y atención es un 100% recomendado"

"Great location, super helpful staff. Breakfast was great and served in the rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of the Sultanahmet district and the mosques nearby. The only quibble we had was that our room was on the small side and more space would have been welcome."

"Breakfast food in their restaurant was superb each morning and hosted by helpful staff including Carmen! Great area to be in with many stores and other restaurants within a block. And a few blocks over by foot and you’re at Hagia Sofia!"

"Disappointing Service Despite a Good Location Our stay at Sura Hotel in Istanbul was unfortunately disappointing. While the hotel was clean and the location was convenient for exploring the city, the overall experience fell short of our expectations. During check-in, the reception staff informed us that breakfast was included in our reservation. However, we later discovered this was not true and were required to pay separately. We felt misled, especially because the breakfast was overpriced...

"This is a great hotel for travellers who are mostly looking for a clean place to sleep, and don’t intend to spend much time using hotel amenities. The rooms (or at least ours) were quite small, but clean and well kept. While there’s no gym, pool, etc., there is a seating area at the front lobby and the hotel staff are super kind, and bring tea and coffee as you sit. The location of this hotel was prime. It was within walking distance of everything and right beside a subway and tram system...
