I checked several times before arrival for additional requirements and even received confirmation that we were good to go. At check-in, I was suddenly told I needed a notarized parental consent letter for my niece. This was never communicated during booking or before arrival. In particular, on the day we arrived after 11 hours on the night bus the lovely man on reception arranged for the room to be made available 30 minutes early and served us tea and coffee whilst the room was being made up.
