"Everything was perfect! We absolutely loved our stay at The Norm and would recommend it to everyone. And from the very beginning, we were in for a lot of disappointments: 1) they checked us into a room with cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes. 2) they changed the room, but now it had a broken toilet wrapped in red tape. 3) the website says that there is a choice between 4 a la carte restaurants, but in fact we came on the very first day and were told that there was no choice and they could only enroll us in a fish...

Insbesondere im Badezimmer gibt es keinen Stromstecker für Glätteeisen oder Lockenstab. Als eine Geschäftsfrau konnte ich leider morgens meine Haare nicht machen, weil im Zimmer gibt es keinen Spiegel, sodass ich die Steckdosen im Zimmer nutzen konnte. "Had an excellent stay at the Akra hotel, visited middle of May. Hotel is perfectly located only 20-30 mins from the airport and 15-20 mins from the old town. The hotel itself met all my expectations - they have dedicated guest experience & concierge desks manned throughout the day to assist, on top of a phone service from your room. "I was really disappointed. The hotel was old looks not a 5 star to my expectations. The bed was terribly hard. It was a 3 star with 5 start amenities but not a good quality and standard. We left after one night sleep. They did help us to move very quickly which was good"
