"We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Premium. As a lovely surprise, we were complimentary upgraded to a spacious Family Suite, which was spotless and very comfortable. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job every day, and their attention to detail really stood out. "Room was wonderful staff excellent especially Ali and Ismail beach access so enjoyable breakfast is of the best I’ve seen and I have been travelling for a long time my Platinum status gave me free valet parking didn’t get room upgrade but honestly the room we were in was wonderful spacious and clean didn’t use other facilities as we live the beach the service was 6 stars will come back."

"heerlijk verblijf, personeel was echt heel erg behulpzaam en heel erg aardig. Ze stonden meteen voor je klaar. Als je rust zoekt is dit de plek om te zijn. Ik was met mijn dochter gereisd en ze heeft zich goed vermaakt met watersport en welness. Eten was elke dag gevarieerd. Ik ga graag weer terug. Mijn grote dank aan de Cook's club Adakoy."

"I went with my daughter and we had a wonderful time. Everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Clean facilities, great food and hospitality. My daughter loved the beach and the water slides - she was entertained all day."

"stayed for a week with the family of 4 , 2 young kids. had a lot of fun, staff is very friendly and helpful. facilities are great for the whole family, access and transfer to land of legends available and is part of the package. enjoyed every single day. food is great, lots of different options so everyone can find their favorite food. activities for kids and a lot of fun. although a bit expensive it was worth it."

"We had multiple rooms since my family was also traveling with us. Everyone was very happy with my choice. From the front desk staff to cleaning staff to restaurants and bar area everyone was professional and helpful. The rooms were good size and airy. The most beautiful open lobby. "Die Zimmer wo wir waren sind in die Jahre gekommen vorallem das Badezimmer. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Die meisten Mitarbeiter an der Bar waren freundlich allerdings hatte ich bei den anderen das Gefühl dass sie eher genervt waren. Die Getränke (Cocktails)waren immer unterschiedlich also nicht einheitlich die Qualität schwankte.
