"We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Premium. As a lovely surprise, we were complimentary upgraded to a spacious Family Suite, which was spotless and very comfortable. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job every day, and their attention to detail really stood out. The hotel is incredibly family-friendly, and the aqua park was fantastic—my son absolutely loved it and it added so much fun to our holiday. "When we are here for 8 days we are so happy with the staff they are polite and really accommodating i love the restaurant the chef at the buffet breakfast specifically the chef who do the eggs, they are really good waiters over all we had a lovely stayed, when i left my shorts with my important things in the pockets its so easy o communicate with them straight away they emailed what i need.. thank you for the 8 days of fun and relax stayed. The only thing i noticed is theres no limit of smoking...

"heerlijk verblijf, personeel was echt heel erg behulpzaam en heel erg aardig. Ze stonden meteen voor je klaar. Als je rust zoekt is dit de plek om te zijn. Ik was met mijn dochter gereisd en ze heeft zich goed vermaakt met watersport en welness. Eten was elke dag gevarieerd. Ik ga graag weer terug. Mijn grote dank aan de Cook's club Adakoy."

"Die Zimmer wo wir waren sind in die Jahre gekommen vorallem das Badezimmer. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Die meisten Mitarbeiter an der Bar waren freundlich allerdings hatte ich bei den anderen das Gefühl dass sie eher genervt waren. Die Getränke (Cocktails)waren immer unterschiedlich also nicht einheitlich die Qualität schwankte.
