"The room was everything we had hoped for. The staff were courteous and helpful. The location was convenient for the Galata Tower and many shops and restaurants. The tram line was about 10 minutes walk for access to all the major attractions. The room was a bit noisy at night but I think this would be the same for any hotel in this location "
