I would like to share my sincere review regarding my stay at the hotel. The apartment was only cleaned twice, and both my teenager and I are extremely allergic to carpets that looked and smelled dirty. There were visible stains, and it was clear that the carpet had never been washed, resulting in significant dust accumulation.
While the staff was somewhat helpful, I noticed a lack of professional treatment towards customers. For instance, when I arrived for check-in, the front desk staff never answered the phone, nor did they explain the amenities included, such as laundry services. I had to stay at the hotel mainly because I was too tired to move, even though it was expensive.
Aside from Willie, who seemed to be from maintenance, I found most of the staff to be unhelpful. When I asked the manager to extend my stay for a second day, he said he would look into it and contact me with information, but that never happened. I experienced poor service, and it was disappointing to be told that if I wanted to complain, I could speak to the owner.
I will never return to this hotel, and I do not recommend it to my friends or family. Additionally, they assumed that I would be going to the airport after check-out, which was incorrect, as I planned to move to another hotel. If I am going to spend my money, I would prefer to do so with a company that values customer service. Customer service is the most important aspect of a quality experience, and money should not dictate how someone
