"Nice location "

"Our favorite place to stay in NYC. The updated rooms are great, they are spacious and well appointed, especially the bathroom. The area around the hotel is safe and very quiet and the staff is always super friendly. Easy walk to Rockefeller Center, Empire State Building, and Times Square. We look forward to them finishing the remodel to the restaurant and reception for our next visit. The only thing that needs addressed is the timer on the lights, they were supposed to be motion activated but...

"The location, staff and cleanliness are absolutely top notch. Breakfast is okay too. The only 2 things to consider are that there is no phone service for some reason once you're in the room, so wifi onky, and there is absolutely no view from the room, it's actually blocked. But all other things outshine it. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, very welcoming employees and the location is walking distance from everything pretty much, close to the subway as well. Definitely recommend, would 100% stay...
