"What a wonderful experience. Staff was helpful and kind. We were offered a free upgrade from an interior queen room to a king city view. We were also selected for free room service breakfast. Easy check out process. Left our bags before check in to walk around the city. Highly recommend if you’re going to the city to see a Broadway show!"

"Not a good experience overall. The outside of hotel was extremely loud, especially at night, making it very difficult to sleep. In addition, the staff were rude and very impatient when we asked for assistance, which made the experience even worse Unfortunately, I would not stay here again."

"Clean and well run. Helpful and efficient staff. Excellent location, and user friendly (once you figure out the clever lifts system). One suspects its glory days were a few decades ago but a good budget solution for the area."

"While booking the site showed beautiful city view rooms with extra price which I booked. Extremely disappointed when we checked. None of the hotel rooms have city view. Our room faced a wall and extremely small rooms and bathrooms. Will never visit again ."
