Clean room, staff was great and good location

Overall room is clean. Toilet got bidet. Next to 1 Utama Shopping Mall. Near MRT station. Parking is ok, free parking for hotel guests. Kind and friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out.

I like the staff greeted me with a smile, the parking was easy to find as the basement parking is designated for hotel guests, the room is spacious and clean, and the hotel is linked to 1 Utama. The room is quite spacious， I suggest adding a chair or lounge chair into the room. It will feel more comfortable and look warm.

This time it’s a bigger room of 44m2 vs previously 25m2. There was a living room and basically all amenities are premium level with a coffee machine. A worthy choice.

Good vibe at common area for solo traveler and backpacker, clean environment, friendly and helpful staff. Most important it located at the strategic location which surrounding with good foodie and tourist spot, it very near to public transport hub as well. Thumbs up!

Great location and food

Newly refurbished rooms, spaciou, clean & comfortable bed. Friendly & well conversed staffs especially Duty Manager at the reception, Mr Rishi who was so helpful. Big swimming pool by the coffee house where we had our delicious in house breakfast buffet. Near to KL city centre (about 7 mins away by car). walking distance to a mini market that sells various type of food etc. Various eatary outlets just by walking.

New and modern hotel, within walking distance to KLCC. The rooms and bathroom are large.

Value for money

Our department was organizing academic conference for 2 days, so the staffs are staying at this hotel. 5-stars hotel with all perfection in the services especially reception and housekeeping... Room is spacious, the bed is comforting, bathtub and shower rain provided separately in the bathroom Food and beverages were pricey but that is the standard of 5-stars hotel, therefore acceptable. Thank you all Pullman staffs for making our work-stay a pleasant memory.

Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Hotel room was clean and well maintained. Great location, walking distance to many cafe/eateries, pasar seni lrt/mrt, petaling street. There are sufficient parking spots, however the parking area is quite narrow. Overall, pleasant stay for me and my girl. Would definitely come back again.
