"Great hotel experience in the heart of London with excellent views of the Tower. Efficient check in and check out and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Some weird automation stuff that went too far like blinds opening when you enter the room. But otherwise a perfect place to stay. "

"Breakfast buffet has many great choices. 1/2 block from theaters and Victoria station. Short walk to Buckingham Place and Big Ben. Surrounded by many good restaurants. Will definitely stay again when I am in London. "
