"We booked this place because of the high reviews but after our stay, we are left confused. The good: The location was fantastic - right in the middle of the action. "Will absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Glasgow. Location is perfection. Room was just what we needed - spacious and with the small kitchenette we were able to have simple breakfasts and some other meals in when we wanted. Could have done without the fire alarm going off late one night and having to go stand on the street for 45 minutes until the fire brigade arrived but the alarm worked, so that’s the critical part anyway! And with three lifts, it didn’t take long to get all guests...
