"Bon hôtel chambre spacieuses repeinte récemment je pense Pratique avec la cuisine équipée il y a même un lave linge et juste en face d'une station de metro, proche du London bridge et de la city, un bon endroit pour visiter la ville Je mettrai un bémol sur deux choses la literie du canapé lit qui est trop mou et le manque de vaisselle saladiers, torchons trop juste. I really hope you are paying her enough because she is a gem! Nothing was too much trouble even won over my usually reserved, sons. So helpful , so attentive to all guests. "We liked our stay at the hotel. The morning and afternoon staff were friendly. I do wish however that it would have been possible to get clean towels in the early evening. There was residual noise from the other patrons on the floor, which was somewhat annoying at night time. The room was clean which was good. I do wish there would have been a way to contact the front desk as there was no phone for that in the room. There are a lot of restaurants near by which is nice. "

"My son and I stayed here for 5 nights on our recent trip to Edinburgh. When we checked in they had upgraded us to a 1 bedroom apartment. It did not disappoint. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for self sufficiency on days we wanted to eat in. Staff at the desk were /4 hrs and were very friendly and professional. They provided us with what we needed when asked. I really loved staying here the moment we left the building everything on the Royal Mole was at our fingertips....
