Room was exceptionally clean. Suggestions for future. A full length mirror in the room would be most helpful and appreciated. The bathroom has no space to put toiletries. A shelf of some sort would be nice in order to put the items you use every day. I stayed from December 2 nd thru the 18th. I was a bit disappointed to have a room on the back basically with a view of the alleyway . I would think that a guest who booked a longer stay would perhaps be given a room with a nicer view- perhaps at the front. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night 3 times during my stay.Once was due to another guest cooking and they had not opened the window. A bit disconcerting.Overall I would stay here again, with that being said, the small room improvements i mentioned above would be great! Staff was helpful.Small refrigerator is a good size and something that is important to me personally. An extra " regular " blanket would be great to have in the closet. Thanks!

Location is perfect for moving around London. Our room appeared very new and tastefully decorated. Although very small for two people for a week. Very Disappointed with room location and service from the reception desk. Our Room was separated from rest of accommodation section in a space next to the cleaners. No window other than one out to the hall with a small blind separating us from the cleaners and tons of paint etc. we tried to have a sleep during the day however this proved impossible with the cleaners chatting outside our door. We had booked this a year in advance for 6 nights. I thought that should have gotten us into a better room than we were given.

The worst stay I've ever had in London. So terrible that I videoed the conversations with the management, as I wanted to show that I was ALWAYS calm & respectful & yet this hotel offers ZERO customer service. Every manager just says "I don’t have authority to make decisions" & passes the buck to someone who doesn’t exist or will certainly never show up. Very briefly: The bed was broken, yet I had to sleep on it because nobody had the authority to change it. The room was dirty, noisy & THERE IS NO AC! NO AC IN 2025/2026?! When I said the room was very hot, they said "Open the window." To a noisy London street. After no sleep, they called at 9:30am to say we would be moved. I said we'd be back at 1pm to get ready for a party at 2pm. We returned & the room wasn't ready. We needed to get into our existing room to shower/change. They locked us out of that & refused to move us stating that the maids schedule could not be interrupted although we were told we were a priority. They just lied & offered no help. My wife was very upset & so we said we would check out & go somewhere else that moment. Refund us & we'll leave. After yet more "we don’t have the authority" & horrible customer service, we were told there would be NO REFUND AT ALL, even if we left that moment. Finally, at 2pm, they said we could have a new room but who would want stay after all that. We left & had to pay for another hotel around the corner. I have all the videos if they try to say this isn’t 100% true.

My room was the perfect apartment in London, it had everything I needed for my 10 days, it was close to the underground, in a lovely leafy neighbourhood, quiet and close to supermarkets. I loved being able to prepare and cook my meals in my own kitchen.

Great stay! We had the mezzanine. The mezzanine room was spotless especially the kitchen utensils. We used the kitchen for making quick breakfasts like eggs, toast etc. Fridge was a great size, pans and induction stove was perfect. The sofa bed comfortable for one person. No setting up of the sofa bed needed, just take the clean sheets and fluffy duvet from a hidden compartment on the end of the bed and sleep. The upstairs bedroom had the queen bed, another tv, a closet, a hotel safe, lamp, nightstand. The bathrooms were clean, modern and roomy. The location was an easy 5-10 minute walk to Earls Court station. Lots of amenities around underground like groceries, restaurants, shops. The residence is walking distance from museums. The staff was friendly and helpful and was always visibly present which was reassuring. We also made use of the free washers and dryers for our 9 day stay. We felt the price was reasonable. Overall great experience. We will be staying here or perhaps their other locations in London when we come back.

First night, after 10 hour flight and being up 23 hours (time change etc) room wasn’t ready until last minute of check in. Once in the room and ready for a shower then bed … water was a dribble from sink and shower. While in the shower (fully soaped) water died. Stop flowing at all, none. Maintenance was called and after an hour or so got it back up and running. Shortly after that, it slowed down again to a dribble. Took until next day to get it working again. Was told it was a pump issue. The following day, TV wouldn’t keep clear picture. Discovered it was a bad cable. Staff was nice enough to bring another cable. I changed it myself, problem solved. Bedding, terrible. My teenage son ended up on a small couch which pulls out to a bed (if you can call it that. Plus, it wasn’t made up upon arrival. Had to call staff to come and slide open (not traditional pull out). We had to put sheets and bedding on as well. Main bed, like a lumpy rock. No sleep almost the entire week we were there. Had to keep windows cracked open to to overkill heater with no adjustments. Loud cars, people and general noise all night long. Construction noise started at 5am. Nice area, convenient to stores and tube station. Won’t be staying there again, sorry.

The Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, the exterior and interior of the property was well maintained, clean and modern. The room was a lovely size with. The only issue was the noise from other guests above, apart from this we had a very comfortable stay.

Overall the stay was okay, good location. We arrived early at 2pm so left our bags at the property. When we came back later that evening the night staff tried to charge us an additional damage waiver that was more than we paid for the whole stay before allowing us into our apartment. We refused to pay this as it’s not specified in the booking information. We did have to argue the point before the member of staff relented. Once we got into the apartment it was clean. However the tv remote was missing which we found under the bed and the bedside lamp wasn’t anywhere near a plug. The member of staff brought an extension lead. The discussion about the damage waiver left us feeling disappointed.

Good location. Noise insulation between apartments is poor and our apartment was not ready on time. But other than that, we enjoyed the location, apartment kitchen and free laundry. We look forward to returning next time we're in London. Thank you.

Check-in et check-out très facile, conciergerie à bagages gratuite et très pratique. L'appartement était parfait, spacieux, propre. Système d'ouverture de porte sans clef, c'est un détail mais c'est très pratique ! Nous recommandons cet établissement !

This is my first time staying at the property but not my first time staying in the area. I was first put into a ground floor room with a window open on a built up back area. I asked to move because the advertising picture on Expedia clearly showed an open view. I was then moved to a 3rd floor studio that is hardly big enough for a room. This studio apartment was also poorly cleaned unlike the first apartment I was given. The window also opened on a restricted view which was problematic for me given my initial concern. The studio apartment was so poorly cleaned that the floor was sticky, there were nail clipping in the bathroom sink and pubic hairs on the bed sheet. I was totally put off by the experience. My complaint to Expedia also resulted in little action. I am half-minded to quit the App over it.

A good living experience in London

Good and decent location 2mins walk to Earl Court Road, with bus stop, underground, restaurants, cafe, bar, supermarket along this street, close to Sainsbury, museums and Glocester Road Station too. Staff are helpful and nice with luggage storage service. The apartment is clean and quiet with air-conditioning, the room setting is same as the photo provided. With all the necesities in bathroom and kitchen, also iron, hair dryer, safe, free laundary facilities, even including cleaning pod, liquid detergent and sponge. We booked the executive studio assigned on G/F, there is no view at all but still okay. Cooking in apartment may trigger the alarm of smoke detector if the apartment also has an oven will be much better.

Great place to stay highly recommend

The room was very clean and just the right size for the three of us my husband I stayed in the bedroom and my sister-in-law stayed on the couch folded out into a bed. We stayed for 4 days - My only suggestion is for them to leave an extra trash bag in the where they have the dish detergent, we had a wonderful time - we book it again if we ever traveled in this area from the USA

We had a fantastic week - everything was totally fine. If you expect a 5* accomodation, you're wrong. But it's clean, modern etc. - and Kensington ist a great place to stay, no matter where you want to go.
