"Diese Unterkunft verfügt über 5 private Bäder, die man ungezwungen genießen kann. Ebenso verfügt es seperat über ein Herrenbad und ein Damenbad. Dieses ist ebenfalls nicht all zu stark besucht und es kam vor, dass wir oft alleine im großem Bad waren. Ebenso gibt es einen Souvenirladen im Hotel, für ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und ich kann dir negativen Behauptungen, dass Ausländer hier schlecht behandelt werden nicht bestätigen. Es war zu jederzeit sehr freundlich...

"Extraordinary service and hospitality! Facilities, wine tasting lounge and drum show were unique and enjoyable. Plenty of space for all guests except during drumming show Sunday evenings - Our only frustration was the poor internet service - we had a bit of medical work to handle and could not connect to and maintain connection with internet in our rooms. Our onsen and room was fabulous. "

"Man this place was cool, staff was awesome too, great view definitely a little hike up a hill but it’s not far from the station and the surrounding area is so beautiful it didn’t even matter, super close to that waterfall walkway thing which is awesome, it’s just a great area loved it, and the bathtub was awesome, I definitely wore my kimono wrong but the staff was so nice reguardless made me feel very nice. and the japanese experience is REAL here aswell"

"The hotel is situated in the shadow of Mt. Fuji and on the shores of a lake on the other side.The baths were amazing with views of both. The traditional royokan rooms were an immersion in the traditional Japanese experience. However the absolute highlights were the authentic Japanese meals served by the most friendly and helpful staff. This stay could be the highlight of your trip."

"大きいホテルだけあってチェックインは呼出し札で順番でしたが待ち時間中はウェルカムドリンクとお菓子が置いてあり、ありがたかったです。部屋はとても清潔で心地よく快適に過ごせました。屋上のお風呂は狭めでしたが開放的で、1階のお風呂はとても大きく温度も丁度いい湯加減でした。 食事も焼きたてのステーキや揚げたての天麩羅などあり大満足でした。 ありがとうございました。"
